This is a Drug Discovery project based on ChEMBAL Database .

Firstly, It searches for target protein then with rdkit package Lipinski descriptor is calculated which helps finding the likeliness of drug based on set of paradigms. Then converting to converting the description of negative lograthmic scale (IC50 to pIC50).

This project also uses Mann-Whitney U-Test for Statistical analysis. It also uses PaDEL descriptor for likeliness

The model is then passed through RandomForestRegressor for prediction with accuracy of 50.46%.
